Modifying your child’s diet to improve behavior

Modify your child’s behavior by modifying his diet

Feed your child a healthy diet of organic vegetables and fruits and a healthy balance of foods from all the food groups.  Keep white pasta, white rice, fruit juice, grains and sugar to an absolute minimum. Keep processed foods away from your child at all costs. These foods all are either bad carbohydrates or contain MSG.

If you feed your kids sweets, simple carbs and other MSG containing foods, start to wean him off of them slowly. If he gets sweets 3-4 times a week, replace this with fruit one day a week. Next week replace the sweets with fruit twice and so on.

  • I definitely agree, as long as we are still alive, we can still change for the better and there is no such thing “it is too late”, there are still many things we can do, all we need it to have a discipline and motivation. Children are still developing and improving, and it is quite easy to make a changes in their lifestyle as they can still cope up with it.
