Researchers have determined that it is the high levels of vitamin D, protein and calcium contained in milk that allowed the men to perform so well in the study.
Parents should ensure that their children get at least 500-625 ml of milk each day. Adults need to consume about 750 ml if they wish to enjoy good health.
It is important to not mix fattening and unhealthy ingredients with the milk as that will merely negate the good effects of the milk. It will also lead to other health problems in the future such as obesity, diabetes and the like. Find healthy alternatives such as honey or a good quality protein shake to mix with your milk.
