  • I think that salt is an important part of the diet. However, I’ve seen some of my friends put so much salt on their food, which is very risky and a little bit crazy: how can they even taste the food?

    I’m a person who likes to balance things out. All the electrolytes are needed for the body to stay in balance. Each is good and should be done in moderation. Good info in your article. Sally
